Eligibility: Items can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
Condition: The item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags still attached.
Exclusions: Final sale items, gift cards, and opened beauty products are not eligible for return or exchange.
To initiate a return, please contact us at jenna@thedressingrooms.shop with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll provide you with the necessary instructions.
Refunds: Once we receive the return, we will process a refund to our STORE CREDIT method within 3-5 business days. We do not offer cash refunds or refunds to original payment method. The store credit has no expiration date and can be used for multiple transactions until the full amount is utilized. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only exchange items for the same style and will subject it to availability.
The customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with exchanges.
Defective or Damaged Items
We take great care in packing your order, but if you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damaged product. We will provide a full refund or exchange for the damaged product.
