Refund policy
At The Dressing Rooms & Jenna's Closet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we are happy to assist with returns and exchanges, under the following guidelines.
Returns: We issue store credit for all eligible returns.
- Eligibility: Items can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: The item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags still attached. (If a return does not meet these requirements, a $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your store credit).
- Exclusions: Final sale items, gift cards, and opened beauty products are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at jenna@thedressingrooms.shop with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll provide you with the necessary instructions.
- Refunds: Once we receive the return, we will process a refund to our STORE CREDIT method within 3-5 business days. We do not offer cash refunds or refunds to original payment method. The store credit has no expiration date and can be used for multiple transactions until the full amount is utilized. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. We can only exchange items for the same style and will subject it to availability. If we are not notified within 2 days, the item will no longer qualify for an exchange.
Defective or Damaged Items
- We take great care in packing your order, but if you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days. We will provide a full refund or exchange for the damaged product.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for a $5 flat rate shipping cost, unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
