Shipping policy

We are committed to providing you with the best shopping experience and delivering your purchases safely and on time. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy:

Processing Time:

• Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from the time of purchase, unless otherwise noted in the product description (excluding weekends and holidays).
• All orders are subject to credit card authorization and verification. Processing times may be longer during peak seasons (e.g., holidays).
• Orders are shipped from New Jersey. 

Shipping Rates:

We currently offer Standard Shipping only: 

• Standard Shipping (3-4 business days): $7.95. Applies to orders under $125. 
• Free Standard Shipping (3-4 business days) Automatically applied to orders $125+. 

Shipping Destinations:

• We currently ship to the United States.
• We do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).

Order Tracking:

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your package’s progress.
• Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated in the shipping carrier’s system.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

• The Dressing Rooms & Jenna's Closet is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.
• If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. If assistance is needed, feel free to reach out to us at jenna@thedressingrooms.shop.

Incorrect Address:

• Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is correct. We cannot change the address once the order has been processed.
• If the shipping address is entered incorrectly and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.
